Our hotel is situated
on the foot of the 9 km long downhill called the "Giggling"
situated directly in the ski area of Kitzbühel.
The starting point for the cross country slopes is
situated directly next to he house.
Moreover there is a ski school and a ski rental
as well as the bus stations for the ski bus
just in front of our Gasthof.
